Your order will be normally delivered by Yamato Transport.
However, we may arrange a delivery by Sagawa Express if you prefer.

To change your order, please cancel it entirely and place a new one.
Also, please kindly note that your new order will not be delivered on the delivery date you specified in the first order.

● If you receive an item that has been damaged or defaced during transport, is defective, or is a wrong item
Please contact us in seven days following its delivery and return it to us freight collect. We will immediately either replace it with a good item or offer a refund on return.
